Adding/Editing Customers in Spenda
To add a customer;
1. Select “New Customer”.
2. Enter all relevant fields and select Save,
3. Upon completion of the sale, this will create the new contact the system and awaiting within the Synkd Transaction Queue, to be "Resolved".
PLEASE NOTE: For successful service management integration, Contact name, First name, Last name, and Full Billing Address. is required.
To edit a customer;
1. Select “Pick Customer"
2. Tap the 'edit' icon which will allow you to make changes on the Operation Customer.
