How the Chat Widget Works
Within each claim is a chat tab.
This chat tab will enable you to speak with your supplier at any point during the claim, to discuss the claim, without having to leave messages on the claim itself.
The chat is live and will remain active while the claim is still being processed.
Chat history will not be attached to any official documentation in the claim, but will remain within the Claim'd and Retrn'd application.
