How to Create a New Claim in Retrn'd


Claims can be raised in Retrn'd directly, or approved if they were raised by one of your connected customers.

  1. Navigate to Active Returns menu, and select either "Create a new return" or "Add new return by code" if you have been supplied with a code from a customer.



  1. Fill in the fields with relevant details, then select "Create/Update Claim"



  1. On the next screen, you can edit the claim, attach the relevant invoice, and add inventory lines to the claim. When you are ready, you can; send, save as a PDF, or cancel the return claim.
    1. Once you select Send, the claim will be sent to the customer for review, and approval/rejection.
