How to view your sales orders
Once logged in, select the module ‘Sales Orders’ under the ‘Selling’ column.
On your dashboard you will be able to view all your orders, with the ability to filter via status, including:
- All Status
- Requires Attention
- Ready To Pick
- Ready To Pack
- Awaiting Collection
You can modify which details to display next to each order by clicking ‘Column Settings’. By default, all settings will be selected. You can add or remove the following settings:
- Order ID
- Customer Name
- Email
- Sales Channel
- Created Date
- Order Total Ex
- Order Total Inc
- Order Status
To create a new order, simply select the blue ‘Create Order’ button at the top right of your dashboard.
